Failed to start if the systen has other than English/C LANG - ID: 1964999

Firestarter does not recognize eth* interfaces as started because ifconfig
run in system locale
This change fix the pitfall
diff /etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh.save
/etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh
