Currently in the build infrastructure, all of the workloads are listed in
the workloads directory as well as in the workloads/build directory. We
obviously shouldn't need both.

Someone who understands the automake files should fix this. Its most
annoying as when you add a new workload, you have to make sure you add it
twice.
