Double-click to select player - ID: 1957101

It would be nice to be able to double-click a player name in the startup
"Player Selection" dialog to select a player and continue. Currently you
must select a name then click the OK button.
Double-clicking is already supported on the next dialog "Select game" where
a double-click on a game selects it and begins the game, without needing to
click on the OK button.
