Multiple mouse clicks are accepted on the New Game button, which starts a
new game, deals cards, then immediately starts another new game.

Eaxample:
If you were to double-click the New Game button, you would see the first
new game deal out, then when the user should be able to start playing, the
table would flip over and a second new game would begin. The player is not
given any time to play the new game before another new game begins.
Similarly, five mouse clicks on the New Game button would start five new
games, only the last of which is playable.

Recommendation:
Only one mouse click should be accepted on the New Game button.
