OpenGL problem - ID: 1954292

Whenever I try opening the program (not the file, the PROGRAM) It says
"Cannot intiatilize openGL extensions" what am I doing wrong and how can I
solve it? Ive tried downloading both versions (Wip and normal) and it still
wont work!
