Statistical Distribution Library

This error occurs when attempting to get a quantile of the F distribution
in beta.java line 414! I tried to correct the code for several hours, but
the code is a real mess. The good news is the cumulative F distribution
function does work. I implemented a bisection method that gives me the
quantiles of the F distribution fine. It would be nice if you fixed the
quantile F distribution method.
