Build fails with undefined string/memory routines - ID: 1944530

A default build of libid3-3.8.3 fails to build because of unknown/undefined
memmove and memcpy functions.
gcc: 4.3.0
The attached patch includes <cstring> in this header, which should correct
the confusion.
