ScatterRenderer has no tooltips - ID: 1942219

The ScatterRenderer works fine, but has no tooltips. I can register a
tooltip generator for it, but no tooltips show up. I believe this is a
"bug". The problem also is that the tooltip should show the value of the
particular item (of the multi item set), but this doesn't seem to be easily
accessible in the current code.
