I've had a paid podcast feed that requires authentication to log in. Up
until now, using the standard user:pass authentication in the URL was
fine.. but now they also enforce it on obtaining the actual podcast.
It appears that the feed list is updated successfully but repeatedly fails
when it finally goes to download the actual MP3 podcast--dropped a badly
named file that ends in .mp3 (but when you cat the mp3, it contains text
indicating that obtaining the file failed because you need to
authenticate).
On a command line, I am able to use wget --username=(my name)
--password=(password) '(URL that the RSS feed indicates)' to successfully
get the podcasts manually.
