he test release of 0.7 has bad defaults. Setting to bitstreams vera (mono)
at size 11 seems good.

Date: 2008-04-07 03:31 Sender: moinakg The default font used in DejaVU Sans 10. DejaVU is a improvement over Bitstream. If you are checking fonts in a VM then don't do it. Unless specific VM drivers are installed the screen DPI is reported wrongly to the gues OS and fonts are no optimal. Boot 0.7 on bare metal and then check the fonts. I have found it to be quite good. Increasing to 11 will make them ugly on actual screens.
