Extract PID to file only works for certain packet types - ID: 1919725

It is only possible to extract PIDs that have a defined PMT stream type.
(DVB_DecoderDlg.cpp : CDVB_DecoderDlg::OnBtSuck())
Hence it is not possible to extract (e.g.) all the EIT packets.
