one more little UI bug (?):
In the timeline scroll bars, the major step is always 10s, as opposed to
the (IMO) more intuitive "once the visible length" step.

E.g. when the currently visible time is from 00:00:03.12 to 00:00:05.00,
making the scrollbar move a big step forwards (click on the right of the
handle), it'll jump to display the time from 00:00:13.12 to 00:00:15.00
instead of, maybe, 00:00:05.00 to 00:00:06.12.
