5 Separate LoM and LoAT mode v2 - ID: 1911806

Hello,

I couldn't find a way to submit file with comment to my original thread (
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1905301&group_id=2
19575&atid=1046552 ).
Some person in that thread suggested a new command "mrt" which would set HL
to use LoM,LoSR,LoTL and BBoN. I added this command along with the 2
original commands - "mp5" and "hps".
Also I added "LoSR" switch for those who do not posses LoSR. Those still
can enjoy LotL/BBoN logic.
