There is no reasoner method:

OWLIndividualReasoner.getSameAsIndividuals(OWLIndividual)

Pellet supports this operation (not sure about FaCT++).

Date: 2009-11-09 16:25 Sender: matthewhorridge Fixed in version 3 of the OWL API where the new reasoner interface includes a method that provides this functionality. A work around with the current API is to ask for the individuals that are instances of the nominal class {i} where i is the individual.
