can't recognize tables on UB - ID: 1896537

When i open PT V2 and GT+ it seems that GT+ can't recognize the tables on
Ultimate Bet when i'm playing. When i want to project stats on the table,
the only tables i can choose from are tables where i played at the session
before. The current tables aren't recognized by GT. What am i doing wrong?
When i played at pokerstars i got no problems with GT.
