XDCC-Fetch

Hi,

Under Windows XP Service Pack 2 (AMD 64 X2 CPU, 1 gigabyte of RAM),
XDCC-Fetch doesn't seem work with Ruby 1.8.4-16 preview1 (2006-01-30) and
more recent versions including the current 1.8.6-26 Final Release
(2007-12-14) to which a link is provided on
http://xdccfetch.sourceforge.net/ : double clicking on XDCC-Fetch.rbw
doesn't open a window, in fact simply nothing happens.
I tested with Ruby versions 1.8.2-14 Final and 1.8.2-15 Stable Release and
then XDCC-Fetch worked fine. In other words, there's something broken since
Ruby 1.8.4-16 preview1.

Hope you'll find a way to correct this.

Also, there are some problems with the website. As I don't think filing
separate bugs for these would make sense, here's a quick list:
1- The forums at
http://www.phpbbserver.com/phpbb/index.php?mforum=xdccfetch aren't working,
the link redirects to an error page, suggesting a possible lack of
activity. How about using sourceforge's mailing-list instead?
2- The latest version, the XDCC-Fetch 1.432, isn't mentioned in the project
news at http://sourceforge.net/projects/xdccfetch/ . Lazy webmasters? ;-p
3- Since apparently there's not a huge amount of text in XDCC-Fetch, I'd
like to submit two translations. Feel free to send me a message telling how
to do that (coding is Chinese to me...)
