WiFix installs wrong version of NDISwrapper - ID: 1888389

The version of NDISwrapper according to our driver database is 1.52, yet
1.51 is getting installed. The installer script is fetching
ndiswrapper-1.51.tar.gz instead of 1.52. This causes the installer to
install NDISwrapper *every time* the installer is run.
