Need the ability to auto delete/purge records based on date and /or size.

As an example we only want to maintain the last 30 days of information so
that any record older than 30 days is deleted.

OR

We only want records with a level of error or higher so any record with a
level of warning or lower and is older than 30 days needs to to be deleted.
