get rid of old dependencies (only required for perl < 5.8) - ID: 1880774

I created a patch get rid of old dependencies which are no longer required
with perl >= 5.8 for Jcode, Unicode-MapUTF8, Unicode-Map, Unicode-Map8 and
Unicode-String.
Just check out my attached patch...
