How to install the two files on Windows? - ID: 1878254

As of 2008-01-14 there are two files to download, namely one starting with
Mercurial...exe and Tortois...exe.
How to install Tortoise and Mercurial on Windows? Does - as before - the
Tortoise...exe include Mercurial or were they seperated for this revision?
If they were seperated is the order of installation significant?
