Use UI to prompt for server/password - ID: 1877717

I'd like to be able to start rdesktop for example by clicking a button or
using a hot key, and having rdesktop then prompt me for which server to
connect to, and if necessary or specified, the password to use. Since
there's no terminal, it's not sufficient to use fgets().
