Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place for this bug.

I use the Gtk+ installer fro windows in connection with running GRAMPS under windows for testing.

If I have other Gtk apps running (for example Pidgin) the locked files cause the Gtk+ installer to choke and offer only ignore, retry or cancel. An inexperienced use would assume something is either wrong with system or wrong with the installer

I offer two possible solutions:
1. Include in the warning text something like: "This could be caused by another program which uses Gtk (Gimp, Pidgin) using some Gtk files. Try closing other programs and running the installer again."
2. Even better would be if the installer found out which application has locked the files and offer to close that application.

Thanks for this great contribution to bringing GNU software to the windows platform.
