5 Fix Failure Chain in Queuing - ID: 1850559

Details:

Right now, any failure in queuing tends to lead to nulls which then cause
dead exceptions. Add proper handling of exceptions so that we try the
emergency fallback, and if that fails, we complain and go to sleep and wait
for something exciting (a new schedule and a hardsync)

Date: 2008-01-23 00:06 Sender: theodiggers I can't seem to recall what caused this, and last time an error caused a dive on a bunk path, we successfully pulled from the errorfallback, so we'll close this for now and open it again with more details if we can trigger the problem.
