MPD: FreeBSD PPP daemon

When links are created from template, the "keep-alive" parameter doesn't
work. Example config:

create link template nette1 pppoe
set link no pap chap chap-md5 chap-msv1 chap-msv2 eap
set link yes chap-msv2
set link yes chap-md5
set link mtu 1492
set link keep-alive 10 60
set link action bundle B
