5 Unsupported MP3 format (example files given) - ID: 1840046
Last Update: Comment added ( arioch_bdv )

The error message, "The file you are trying to add is unsupported" appears
with some MP3 files while using Audio CD mode. Both a file that does work
as well as one that does not are both encoded at 44100Hz 64kb/s Mono, yet
one works and one does not.

One that DOES work:
http://podcastdownload.npr.org/anon.npr-podcasts/podcast/510221/16622993/np
r_16622993.mp3

One that does NOT work:
http://download.publicradio.org/podcast/money/2007/11/23_soundmoney_64.mp3

ID3 tag info is roughly the same, though the one that does work lacks ID3
v2 (but has v1) while the one that does NOT does have ID3 v2 as well as
v1.

Also, the file that DOES work will not burn and generates the following
error: "Inappropriate audio coding in file: ...wav". I have the sourceforge
downloaded mp3 plugin (.42.0.0) installed and am using v0.44 of
InfraRecorder.

Maybe You can open those files with http://mediainfo.sf.net - it can put
files formats in two line one under another - compare them and tell the
difference plz
