5 QWERTZ keyboard layout for note input - ID: 1836139

Details:

This patch adds the config option qwertz_note_input to the "General"
section in the config file.

Set qwertz_note_input=1 for using a keyboard with QWERTZ layout for note
input (key Y acts as C and key Z as A).
