Deliver_SMTP.class.php line 157 (1.4.11) uses the variable $username
instead of $user causing authentication failure for SMTP LOGIN when using
$smtp_sitewide_user, which is passed into the function as the $user
variable.

Fixed by changing the above mentioned variables, but I am unsure if it
breaks any other uses of this function which I may not be using. (Although
I doubt it, as far as I can tell, there are only two call branches)
