Not refresh entire playlist - ID: 1834334

The automatic refresh is updating the playlist, when for myself the
playlist is constant, spiking cpu and freezing up the interface while it
parses. I do want it to refresh the currently playing song though. I
think it might be better to have the auto refresh not get the playlist, and
the refresh button also grab the playlist.
