extracting lvzlib on OS-X - ID: 1828364

There is a small error in the installer for OGPI v1.0, that prevents
extraction of the lvzlib library on Mac OS-X. In install.vi, the System
Exec.vi is given the wrong working directory. Please see the attachment for
a fix.
