Allowed networks bug fix - ID: 1827624

This patch removes the lines in admin/sysedit.php that cause the
allowed_networks portion of the config file to be written improperly.
To use on Linux, put the sysedit-patch file in your timeclock directory
(the same directory as your config file) and then run:
$ patch -p0 < sysedit-patch
Alternatively you can just delete lines 2438, 2439, and 2440.
