Skype Security API never remembers "Always allow" - ID: 1825250

I launch Skype with SkypeMenuX and Skype always asks whether it should
allow SkypeMenuX to use its API's.
The dialog Skype displays says: Always, Just this Once, Never. I click
Always.
Every time I restart though I get the same question.
This could be a Skype bug with saving preferences or just the permissions
mechanism itself, or a bug in how SkypeMenuX presents itself.
