5 Release configuration doesn't work as expected - ID: 1823100

Details:

When ./configure --release is used, the output binaries are still showing
up as '*_debug' rather than as omqd, omqdltqm, etc.

Also upon running the 'release' build executable, they still produce debug
information output.

Date: 2007-10-30 23:32 Sender: murpe Discovered that you must do ./configure distclean to remove any remaining Makefiles found throughout directories. However, even after I did this, when you still create a new Queue Manager, it still kicks out RC=0 and other non-needed debug-like tags.
