Confirm which versions of Eclipse the plugin works with - ID: 1816973

There have been reports of problems with the plugin with Eclipse 3.1 and
3.3. We should undertake some testing to confirm which versions of eclipse
the plugin works with and which it doesn't and then decide which versions
we will support.
