No 'cvs.exe' included in download - ID: 1816153

I just downloaded WinCvs 2.0.2.4. The documentation implies that I should
end up with a file named "cvs.exe" in my ...\WinCvs 2.0\ directory.
However, no such file gets downloaded. Where can I obtain a current copy
of cvs.exe?
