def and lib files are empty - ID: 1801880

The .def and .lib files that ship in the readline 5.0 package are empty,
rendering the package useless for MSVC builds.
The incorrect files are:
history.def, history.lib, readline.def, readline.lib
They should be listing the exported functions...
