Delphi

When adding to set, would be nicer to indicate when adding to selected
existing set versus when adding to a new set. The single add button does
not make me confident. Perhaps a set of radio buttons to indicate the
choice, or if there is text in the new set textbox then the dropdown would
be disabled, or something of that sort.
