Delphi

Clicking on the Edit Set description function opens the edit widget, but it
also scrolls the page to the top in Win IE7. For a large set, this means I
just lots my view of the description.
Either
1) Do not scroll so I can still see the widget and start typing
OR
2) Change the way items are displayed to paginate at some reasonable number
precluding the problem (and also making the sets functionality scale
better).
