Read .m4a ID tags (metadata) - ID: 1790844

When reporting an m4a file, Bitzi cannot read the m4a ID tags, and will not
allow manual entry either. These files are becoming more common on
peer-to-peer networks, and software is commonly available for local play,
conversion, and ID tag editing.
