Fluxbox

I heve tested 1.0_rc3_p4983 (I noticed the new feature that avoid
auto-resizing windows, just when they're open and when they are un the apps
file).

I use emacs (disabling menubars, decoration, just emacs in fullscreen), and
the windows resizes, but fluxbox isn't avoiding all resizes and I can't
make my emacs window stay really fullscreen.

In earlier versions, I had emacs in my apps file with a really huge window
size, so when it got resized, it just fit. I can't do that in this
version.
