config file unforgiving of white space - ID: 1779580

When the quillen.config file is edited with
NOTEPAD.EXE (Windows platform), the private/secret keys are not parsed
correctly - resulting in an unhandled exception during all operations (bad
signature).
Editing the same file with EDIT fixed the problem, suggesting it it a
problem with white space.
