5 Strange StaticText problem - ID: 1756882

Details:

Creating a simple StaticText (label) and putting a particular label like
"Montant TTC" for example doesn't work as expected... The string "TTC"
doesn't appear !

Date: 2008-03-18 20:34 Sender: dinogen I cannot reproduce the bug. But I confirm that sometime I got forms with invisible StaticText.
Date: 2007-09-18 18:23 Sender: roel_van_os I've also seen this problem. It seems to me that this occurs often when the string contains wide characters (e.g. capital T or W). The label is just a little to small to display the entire string. This may be caused by the fact that I use a system font that is set to a size of 9 pt. I can only reproduce the bug using wxPython/wxWidgets 2.6.3.2; 2.8.1.1 does not have any problems.
