On a heavily loaded server behind reverse proxies and firewalls (think
large corporate site) the RST command may arrive after the client attempts
to read from the socket.

the HtmlUnit default action is different than the documented HttpClient
default action. HttpClient will automatically retry the connection,
HttpClient fails with an exception.
