msCross: AJAX (web2.0) Webgis client

I try a basic example but not run, I install ms4w package (last version)
and download mscross.js v1.1.9 (date: 20070218). I try with Example 1
(Main + reference map). I only see a square but anything.
I test the mapserver and function well but I not understand why not
function the Example 1.
Can you send me a completed example by test it???
