openjade does not support HTTP proxy - ID: 1748536

Trying to build 'make pdfdocs' from Linux kernel.
Installed OpenSP and openjade, but found that couldn't open a dtd on
www.oasis-open.org
Have set up the http_proxy env var, so wget can access the file, but Jade
still seems unable to do, so this suggests it cannot use the HTTP proxy
settings (with authentication as well).
