Unwanted translation when dragging scrollbar slider - ID: 1742896

Dragging the vertical scrollbar's slider takes the controlled camera to
horizontal coordinate 0. Similarly, dragging the horizontal scrollbar's
slider takes the controlled camera to vertical coordinate 0.
