Consistent Serialization - ID: 1737099

Ordering on axioms/descriptions to ensure consistent serializations (e.g.
of OWL/XML).
Would then allow use of textual tools like diff to spot changes in
ontologies, and facilitate the use of cvs/svn repositories for storing
ontologies and supporting versioning.
