Hi!
It seems that something is wrong with release system.
I've uploaded several files to incoming directory, but they are not visible
on Manage Release page (in "Add Files To This Release" section). I belive
that all files I've uploaded has proper file names and do not include
incorrect symbols.
Yesterday that functionality worked fine.

Could you please take a look to this issue? And sorry if this is duplicate
of existing request.
