SSH file transfer (scp) should be supported - ID: 1726774

A nice feature would be, if foff could support SCP. (something like FTP
over SSH).
Reason: Many server has blocked the unsecure FTP (password delievered in
clear text). An allow only the SSH access. With SSH you can also download
files, but this is encrypted.
So please support it.
