atomicity.h wrong includes - ID: 1726095

m4/ost_pthread.m4 in commoncpp2 searches for bits/atomicity.h, but in
gcc4.2 this file has been moved to ext/atomicity.h. So it should be changed
to search this file on both place or use different searching places for
gcc>=4.2 and earlier versions.
