5 Czech qwertz keymap correction - ID: 1725634

Details:

I have created a new keymap for czech standard (QWERTZ) keyboard layout
(cs, 0x405).

The original "cs" keymap found in rdesktop 1.5 and in CVS, contributed by
Lukas Kubin (#1100305), is uncomplete and has several problems which make
it unusable, such as remapping the small letter e to EuroSign, as reported
in rdesktop bug #1375353 or recently at
http://www.abclinuxu.cz/forum/show/181220 (in czech).

The attached keymap has been tested and seems to work for all charecters
found on the czech QWERTZ keyboard in Windows.
